Get rapid response emergency roof repair for homes or commercial properties
In Houston call 281-859-4500. Or call our Austin office at 512-820-9610

Call for emergency service that provides:

  • Short term protection for your home or building
  • Long term solutions for the damage

Call us to arrange for a tarp over your roof to prevent further interior and exterior damage

Large tarps
go over damaged areas to halt leaks and prevent further damage to the interior and to the remaining usable roof. Each tarp will be firmly nailed to the remaining shingles or roof framing. If necessary, it will be placed over a chimney using bungee cords.

Some insurance companies require pre-authorization for tarping, in which case you’d call them and then us for emergency roof repair.

Sometimes plywood sheets nailed over holes offers temporary protection.

We understand getting the tarp and boards off, and a protective roof on, is your first priority, so we make it ours.

You and your insurance
You may not know that you are entitled to your own roofing contractor for assessing the damage and determining the cost of emergency roof repair (as well as the cost of permanent solutions). You and your insurance claims adjuster will get our findings in a timely manner. Count on us to explain to you clearly how insurance works. We have years of experience navigating insurance companies to get you the payout you have paid for.

Beware of storm chasers offering to fix your roof
In the aftermath of a serious storm, fly-by-night roofing contractors can flood neighborhoods offering emergency roof repair. The National Roofing Contractor Association warns that these are often under-insured, under-experienced workers looking for a fast buck, and then they’re off to the next storm aftermath. Remember, we’ve been here for 25 years and we’ll be here after we fix your roof.

Factors affecting the emergency roof repair cost

  1. How many shingles, metal panels, or how much flat roof membrane must be torn off?
  2. What condition is the decking underneath? Might it need to be replaced? In cases of fire that is usually a necessity.
  3. Do you need insulation replaced?
  4. Is there wet wood framing or substrate?
  5. Is there damage around chimneys, flat roof HVAC, vents, skylights, or other structures? (Most often caused when the sheet metal flashing is compromised and must be replaced as part of emergency roof repair).
  6. How large is the roof being repaired? Exact measurements will be calculated.

Stay off the roof!
Don’t attempt to cover any openings yourself on the outside of the roof, but nail up plastic sheeting from the inside. Do not climb onto the roof to check the extent of damage or the source of a leak. You will cause more damage and can be seriously hurt. Protect the interior of your home. Move appliances, furniture, and anything else that might be damaged by water or cover things with plastic. If you feel you must have a look at roof level, stop at the top of a ladder.
